I use PowerGREP for all my grep needs. I also link PowerGREP to EditPlus (my preferred text editor) so that I can easily view/edit the file.
Here is what I specify in the Command line option for the PowerGREP Preferences so that when I click on a line number in PowerGREP, it automatically opens EditPlus at that line number:
